Hello everyone. Long time lurker, first post here. I am the sponsor/petitioner.

Received a checklist for putting my AGI on the I864 instead of the total gross from the 1040 on 10/31. I've read through page after page after page of the forum but I can't find anyone asking the exact question I want an answer to. So here it is: Is it possible to call in and through maybe a supervisor review or a follow up from my senator's office to have them just CC and schedule an interview without having to wait for the ~30-50 days it will likely take for them to review an additional I864? I know some people have gotten interviews scheduled with pending checklists from the sponsor.. can I just redo the form and have them accept it at the interview instead of more waiting by asking? I can probably get the senator to call without too much effort. Any hope for our case?

Priority date of July 15th, 2013, for what its worth.

Thanks, and sorry if I missed someone else asking the same thing.

We had the exact same checklist, and nope. Supervisor just told us to send in the corrected form and to wait. We didn't get a senator involved though, so don't know about that i'm afraid.

Same thing for me. I had to send in a corrected form because I'm self employed and I filled out the I-864 as if I was employed by someone else. (meaning I put the wrong number from my tax form). I had to send it back in and wait. It took approximately 3 weeks after I sent it back in. Then my case was completed and two weeks later we received the interview date.

Thanks for the advice all - Got a real stinker of a call center operator, refused to give me a supervisor review. Went ahead and sent a message to my senator's office - will see if that gets anywhere. For what its worth, if you get this particular:

(In Part 6. Sponsor's Income and Employment, please correct the following...

[x] Items 13.a.1. The income you enter must match the total (gross) income reported on your most recent Federal
income tax return. If you filed Form 1040EZ, use the adjusted gross income instead.)

error, you will be told to just resubmit the i864 and not all the evidence with it.
Hope you all get a quick interview date :)
