My husband is the only person I am petitioning to bring to the US. I filled out the first page with my information and his information (part B and part C). But then on the second page for Part C it says Information about your relative continued. Do I need to put my husbands name and information on the line? Or is this just to be filled out if I am bringing a second and 3rd relative to the US? Thank you in advance!

~~moved to process and procedures from progress reports~~

Your relative is your husband, the person you are petitioning for. Have you looked at the example forms on VJ?

Anyhow in that section you would list yourself, wife or spouse, DOB, COB, then any children your husband may have even if they are not immigrating.

For example my husband is the USC,

he wrote down

CR, husband, DOB, USA

T*, daughter, DOB, CAN
