Hi! I am preparing a list of what my fiancé needs to send me before my interview. Is there anything that I need to add here?

1. Complete copy of the K1 packet

2. Updated Letter of Intent to Marry-Signed and Dated

3. I-134 Affidavit of Support Form –Original and Signed

4. U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040)

5. Wage statements (Form W-2)

6. Employment letter stating salary

7. Bank statements -Date account opened, total amount deposited for the past year, and present balance

8. Recent pay stubs

The only original documents are the updated letter of intent to marry and I-134 Affidavit of Support Form and the others are copies. Is that right or should he also send the original employment letter and bank statements?

Does my fiance need to send me a copy of our NOA2?

For the income tax return, should it only be the most recent one? Some suggested to put for the last 3 years.

How many months of pay stubs would be sufficient?

Thank you! :)

Use the embassy instructions letter as your checklist, have EVERYTHING listed there and all should be fine for the interview.

As stated in the embassy instructions letter - the most recent tax return. (not 3 years)

We've never been married before, but thank you for your reply! :)

Copy of the I-129F petition package is not needed, the embassy has the original case file.

On another topic- CFO, make an extra copy of the tax return to show you filed single as they will ask to see a copy being you have never been married. (make sure to blacken out the SSN and other sensitive info before giving to CFO)

@ Hank What about the email/mail letter notification (case #) from the NVC, does my fiance need to send the original for my interview?

No. Not needed at all for the interview. St. Luke's like to see a copy (just a copy not the original) or two when it's available.

Oh okay thank you Hank! Btw regarding the question # 10 on his AOS/ l-134f, (i have submitted a visa petition to USCIS on behalf of the following person/s), does the question pertaining the current petition and list my name, relationship and the date submitted? Because my fiance stated "none".
