Sogebank receipt-Profile ustraveldocs

Hello!

I have paid my visa fee at sogebank for a K1 visa, i have interview next week however the embassy told me that i must create a profile on the new website. Okay i am on that but i stuck in the step when they ask for sogexpress receipt. What should i do in this case?

A couple questions...

1. When did you pay at Sogebank?

2. Who told you that you had to create a profile?

3. Were you told that before or after you were given an interview date?

And can you please update your timeline for all of the rest of us?

We paid our fee in September and got our date on Oct 24th. We weren't ever told to create an account but I created one on USTravelDocs on Oct. 11th because I wanted to know if I could schedule his interview before we found out our date on Oct. 24th. I was unable to schedule an interview because our fee payment wasn't valid on the site. So maybe you just need to create your profile even if you can't put in the receipt. Otherwise call the embassy again and find out what you should do.

I paid on september, i returned packet 3 to us embassy on october 14 th, they sent me packet 4 this week. I have my interview next week, in the letter they say that i must create a profile on ustraveldocs.com/ht etc ... i wish i could post the letter but ther is no option for this.

You don't schedule appointment for k1 visa but the embassy do. You returned packet 3 before october 11th this is why they did not tell you create a profile, its just what i think.

They ask for sogeexpress receipt number so that you can schedule your appointment. But you paid via sogebank prior to 10/11 and you have your appointment date already. So, I'm assuming the ustraveldocs profile is to select passport location pickup and to track passport...?

Ok i guess so but i cannot print out my profile like other persons do, unfortunately there is no way. Its only a page that contains personal data, address of haiti messager where i want to pick up my passport, a bar code. It seems that i have to take this page with the letter of interview to the interview. Its a little bit complicated for me. Is anybody here that has the same problem as me? Please help!

im asduming you have to compkete the steps through the "IV Address Regristration" option. Im stuck at this step because our visa type for k 1 isnt listed. Every step of this is frustrating!!!
