Timeline

Am having doubt if my joint sponsor would be accepted cause he as also done a joint sponsor for two people within Nov 2013 till Sep2014 he says.now he want to joint sponsor for my wife.am filling for both 130 and i845 concurrently from b1 visa to green card.and how can my wife get a copy of her tax return within the past 3yrs she has none with her due to misplacement of her document.

Can someone help with this.

She goes here to order her Tax transcripts. http://www.irs.gov/Individuals/Get-Transcript

It doesn't mater how many people your co-sponsor sponsored Long as they made enough its of no matter.

For Lagos last year and this year needs to be above guidelines for the household size plus all the immigrants he co-sponsored.

so his household is him + members in his family+ 3 immigrants
