will a k-2 have to do the CFO classes before they are allowed to fly out of the philippine. also when they have there medical will there be a fee . or is that all under her mothers. mother is out of the philippine and will fly here from different country not philippines. thanks

K-2 is a separate visa... separate fees for everything. And yes the K-2 will need the CFO sticker, whether they attend the seminar or not depends on their age.

she is 16 and her mother will have interview in HK and will leave from HK so no CFO required for her but wasnt sure about her daughter who will leave from phils.
