The only thing the RFE says about joint sponsor is that if you chose to use a joint sponsor, the joint sponsor should submit I-864, afidavit of support, most recent tax documentation and proof of being a USC/LPR.

Since you don't have one and your husband meets the guideline, then have him get an employment letter from his work, submit recent pay stubs and an updated I-864.

Yes, that's what we are doing right now. And since they're asking for the bank statements covering 12 months then we will show them the old bank statements together with the new joint bank account, updated I-864 because of the promotion and pay raise, letter of employment, 8 pay stubs, car title, and 3 years tax return with w-2.

Hey Aurore, how are you? I already had my GC. Been very busy so I just update you. Thank you for all your help, we did not get a co-sponsor and we showed all the evidence that we have. I'm also working now.
