Hi Everyone,

We are moving along in our visa journey! On October 10th our case was updated and we received an interview date for our AOS interview. We got a text and email confirming. Today we got a text and email that our case was updated. It has at both times said we were in testing and interview, but now the email we got today said the same message, yet without our interview date.

"Your I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS is now ready for interview scheduling. When scheduling is complete, you will receive a notice with a time and place for your interview. If you have not received the notice within 30 days of the date the notice is mailed, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283 for further assistance. Please check our website at www.uscis.gov for further updates on your case. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address."

That is what our email said that we got today, yet the one we got on the 10th said our interview date, along with the same information.

"On October 10, 2014, we mailed you an appointment notice for an interview for November 19, 2014. Please follow the instructions on the notice. If you move while this case is pending, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address or call our customer service center at 1-800-375-5283."

What does this mean???? Could it possibly just mean we got a case touch?? What other kind of development in our case could this mean??

Thank You! :)

Sounds like good news to me. We are still waiting for some kind of notice on ours that was filed back in March. If you don't get the notice in the mail within 30 days of Oct. 10 give them a call and find out what happened to it.
