My ds260 application status showing as" not available " status. y its like that, what should I do next?..plz help me..thank u.

Have you paid your IV fee yet? The DS-260 ususally becomes available when the money left your bank account, so after 1-2 business day(s) or so.

Once the fee is paid, it will show as "in process" for a couple of days, then when it says "paid" the link should be there. If not, you would contact the NVC at that point, but the IV fee of $325 has to be paid first.

This does not constitute legal advice.

I'm not sure if you have to fill out the DS260 if you were subject to the DS230. You want to contact the NVC to make sure, here's why:

Last year was when they started requiring the DS260, my cousin had already submitted the DS230 and we were told when checking on the status, that she was supposed to do the DS260 even though the DS230 was already filed.

So you definitely want to give the NVC a call just to confirm if you need to do the DS260 or not, and if you do, they can see why it's not showing up.

Yeah I mailed to NVC, they said the derivative beneficiary is over 21 years old and hence ineligible under f4 category, but stilk there is a law CSPA , which provides narrow range ..but it will determine at the parents interview time only

But some of my other friends can fill their ds260 even though they r over 21 years age..so what should I do?.I submitted my ds230 when I was at 19 years age.
