So...

I've been in the US for almost a year now, I arrived last November. I posted my I-485 on Wednesday, that'll be ok won't it?

You may need to file an I-130 concurrently with it after that length of time. They will reject it and send it back if they want you to include more. Then you would resubmit what they sent back, along with the I-130 petition. Nothing to do except wait and see how USCIS responds.

No problems for you to worry about like getting deported. It's only paperwork that may or may not be required.

I am expecting a little extra grief as a reward for putting of filing for so long.

Provided you married within 90 days of PoE and are adjusting from a K-1 then you will not require an I-130.
