Timeline

So I was checking the USCIS website and it changed from "Initial Review" to "Post Decision Activity" and it says:

On October 16, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Is this my NOA-2?

August 18, 2014 I-129F packet mailed

August 20, 2014 Packet received at Texas lockbox

August 26, 2014 NOA1 Issued and packet transferred to CSC

October 16, 2014 NOA2 I-129F approved and NOA2 mailed

October 18, 2014 NOA2 Hardcopy received

November 3, 2014 NVC received approved I-129F from USCIS and I called and got our case #

December 8, 2014 Interview

Congratulations!!! This is your NOA2 notice, the petitioner will be mailed a hard copy. Now you go to NVC and the to the interview at the embassy. Yes it is!

Next. Next your case file will go to NVC where it will receive it's MNL #, then the case file will be forwarded to Manila.

You can start calling them 2 to 3 weeks after your approval...
