So I was checking the USCIS website and it changed from "Initial Review" to "Post Decision Activity" and it says:

On October 16, 2014, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Is this my NOA-2?

What's next?

August 18, 2014 I-129F packet mailed

August 20, 2014 Packet received at Texas lockbox

August 26, 2014 NOA1 Issued and packet transferred to CSC

October 16, 2014 NOA2 I-129F approved and NOA2 mailed

October 18, 2014 NOA2 Hardcopy received

November 3, 2014 NVC received approved I-129F from USCIS and I called and got our case #

December 8, 2014 Interview

Congratulations!!! This is your NOA2 notice, the petitioner will be mailed a hard copy. Now you go to NVC and the to the interview at the embassy. Next. Next your case file will go to NVC where it will receive it's MNL #, then the case file will be forwarded to Manila.

You can start calling them 2 to 3 weeks after your approval...
