G-325A for fiancee - Complicated life history

I need some advice from the visa journey experts before I start seeking out paid legal advice. I'm looking to file for a K1 visa for my fiancee but she has a very complicated past.

My fiancee was born in Honduras and when she was 5 she moved to Mexico with her mother. Her mother passed away 2 years after the move and she was then adopted by a group of nuns that run an orphanage in Mexico. She does not have her Honduran birth certificate and she does not know the hospital she was born in. During her adoption a new Mexican birth certificate was made for her, but the father's and mother's details were left blank. My Fiancee also doesn't know the legal name of her mother. Do to several complications she has no access to her mother's details or father's whereabouts. She is now in her mid-twenties.

Since her mother's and father's details are all blank, I'm not sure how to explain this in the G-325A.

Looking for any suggestions.

Thanks!

My thought would be the way you have done here. What Passport does she have.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

I think a letter of explanation similar to what you have written here would be sufficient, and write "unknown" on the G-325A. My fiance and I had a birth certificate totally missing information for one parent. I filled in "unknown" for each space of the missing information, and included a copy of the birth certificate to back this up.

I am the Petitioner

Not that it matters but wonder how she obtained Mexican citizenship. Sounds like she may have dual citizenship, do not know how you address that.
