Hello everyone

But i am just a bit concern about the supporting documents for bonified marriage...

I have prepared the docs such as marriage certificate, bank joint account, utility bills joint nut i wonder if do we need to submit pictures as well?

And about I-864 (affidavit of support) do i need to attach his tax return (3years) along with the I-864

If you read the guides for K-1 AOS it does not say anything about sending any such documents, I don't think it is expected from someone that came on a K-1 visa and has been married for a short period of time to have documents that support their marriage, all that you need is to prove that you were married within 90 days, the rest you will need for removal of conditions. You will need to attach I-864 supporting documents for the last three years if available.

You only need to submit a copy of your marriage certificate.

You are required to submit the most recent year tax return with the I-864.
