Final Package. Am I missing something?

Timeline

Hi guys,

I am applying for Green Card through marriage. I am putting together all the documents to mail it out. Here is the list of the docs. i have put together:

I-130

  • Cover Letter
  • Completed Form I-130
  • Check for Filing Fee $420
  • Copy of my wife's (US Citizen) birth certificate
  • copy of our marriage certificate
  • my wife's completed g-325a
  • 1 passport size photo of her with her name written on the back of the photo
  • My completed G-325A with supplemental document that has past 5 years of my addresses and employment history
  • 1 passport size photo of me with my name and A-number written on the back of the photo
  • Proof of Marriage:
  1. Copy of Joint Car Insurance
  2. Copy of Joint Bank Account Statement
  3. Copy of Joint Lease Agreement
  4. Affidavit by our roommate/friend
  5. Photos of our wedding and travels

I-485

  • Cover Letter
  • Check for Filing Fee $1070
  • Completed form I-485
  • Copy of my translated birth certificate
  • Copy of first page my Passport that has my photo, date of birth, place issued, etc.
  • Copy of my Visa page with entry stamps
  • Copy of my I-94 (Front and Back)
  • Copy of my Driver's License
  • Copy of our marriage certificate
  • My completed G-325A with supplemental document that has past 5 years of my addresses and employment history
  • 2 passport size photoS of me with my name and A-number written on the back of the photo
  • Sealed Form I-693
  • Completed Form I-864ez filled out by my Wife
  • Transcripts of my wife's federal tax return for last 3 recent tax years
  • Her Employment Verification letter written and signed by her Manager

I-765

  • Copy of my current OPT EAD (Front and back)
  • 2 passport size photoS of me with my name and A-number written on the back of the photo
  • Copy of first page my Passport that has my photo, date of birth, place issued, etc.
  • Copy of my Visa page with entry stamps
  • Copy of my I-94 (Front and Back)

Am I missing anything? Please let me know if I am.

It looks like you covered everything. You don't need to submit your driver's license, but I guess it is not going to hurt anything either if you do.

I was at first not sure about the I-864ez, did not even know it existed (wish I did, I meet the criteria!). It looks like if you meet the criteria as stated on the instructions for the form, then you are good to go.

05/20/17:  Biometrics letter received

06/02/17:  Biometrics

08/22/18:  Card being produced

 

AOS from F1 visa:

08/16/14: Sent AOS package: I-130, I-485, I-765, I-131

08/19/14: Package received at Chicago Lockbox

08/22/14: Acceptance confirmation text messages/emails

08/22/14: Checks cashed

08/26/14: Hard copies of NOA's received in mail

08/27/14: Biometrics appointment notice received. Scheduled for 9/8/14.

09/08/14: Biometrics

11/14/14: File service request (Day 88)

11/24/14: EAD/AP approved (Day 98)

12/01/14: EAD mailed

12/03/14: EAD received

03/12/15: Status changed to Testing & Interview

04/16/15: Interview, no decision

07/17/15: "Your card is in production" email!

08/07/15: Card mailed

08/10/15: Card received!

~11 months, 3 weeks & 4 days from filing to green card in hand, no RFE's~
