You won't get an email for a "touch" - just when they take action.

You're correct, there is no email for a "touch." But the date for "Last Updated (mm/dd/yyyy)" will change.

It's good to hear that I'm not the only January filer still waiting! I've had graduation this weekend, and I agree with whoever said that the end of the year didn't take my mind off the visa as much as I'd hoped. Plus it was sad not to have my fiance here for the occasion. :( Hopefully the rest of us will be hearing this week.

Yeah, you're not alone.. Congrats on your graduation.. I hope next is our NOA-2. :)

I woke up to a new day and as always, I checked our case status first thing in the morning...

And we got TOUCHED!!!!

Yippee! I know it might take a few days or weeks before we get approved (hoping for no RFE), but it is such a great feeling to know something is going on with our petition. I can't help smiling and being happy :D

I hope this will be another great week full of approvals!! Good luck to all of you :thumbs:
