Hello VisaJourney,

I have been calling the NVC to update my mailing address cause apparently my mailing address where uscis mails my approval

letters is wrong ( but i check my I-130 application my address is correct) but everytime I call the line is busy.. Is this always the case?

Yes, it's always the case. Just keeping hitting your redial button. May take many times, but eventually you will get through and be put on hold. And eventually a live person will answer you. Requires a lot of patience.

Don't bother changing any addresses until the DS-261, DS-260 and AOS documentation. Honestly unless you're trying to change the embassy, this isn't an issue as long as the addresses are correct on those forms.
