My sons have been interviewed last Aug 22 however have been placed to administrative processing because they only brought a copy of their birth certificates and not the NSO copy. The NSO copy was submitted last Sept 09 but visa status is still administrative processing. Anybody has experienced the same situation? How long will administrative processing for this case take?

* Both sons have been included in my approved 129F Petition.

Thank you for any information shared.

It may take awhile for it to process, AP times vary, but if you submitted the proper documents it should change to ISSUED hopefully soon.

This does not constitute legal advice.
