US fiance visa from Sri Lanka to Florida !!

Hello I'm from sri lanka and my fiance is in florida (us) I've been looking everywhere online for more than 2 months but they are all very old like 2001 - 2011 answers

I miss my boyfriend really hard we hate being apart so which one is faster / easier US spouse visa or US fiance visa ??? Btw If I'm getting a Fiance visa do I need properties/ bank balance what If I dont have them ?? Btw whats a police report for the visa ?? I know all about visas / the difference and procedures and I'm only confused with these :( Thanks !

You don't need to own property or have income. The USC petitioner will need to meet the income requirement for their own household size plus the intending immigrant. For either the K-1 or CR-1, the intending immigrant will need police certificates from everywhere they resided for 6 months or more since the age of 16.
