Is it correct that my fiance in order to get a K-1 to allow me to travel to the US to marry him only needs to meet the 100% Poverty Guideline?

Once we are married, and we apply for our adjust to status, can I work to help him reach the 19,660? or does this mean just him alone? Also, at this stage, if it is not reached, what happens? Will I be deported?

He needs to reach. 125% of the poverty line. If not then you can get a sponser who meets it.

100% if he is active duty in the military
125% for everyone else
You cannot work until you get your EAD. If his salary doesn't meet the income requirements, you can use a co-sponsor. Yes, his uncle can be the co-sponsor.
