Is there an online system? Hawaii started an online system last year where you could print a copy of the MC (not an "official" copy but a copy. We sent the copy and ordered several "official" copies in case we got an RFE. The official copies wound up being souvenirs. No RFE. Good luck. I hope your mom recovers.

Good news - went into the court house to register the license and was able to go directly to records and get the certificate stamp on the license (with several copies for other things), so at least we can file the AOS immediately. Extra bonus that my SSN arrived in the mail yesterday as well, so ducks are lining up.
