now that i passed my interview / test and i received a paper that says congratulations! your application is submitted for approval, could something go wrong after that? to whom they're going to submit the application for approval? i was told that by the IO that i will receive in my mail schedule of the oath ceremony but i remembered the paper that i received with such instruction...

You are 99% finished. Don't stress. Sit back and be patient. I know you want to be finished with USCIS once and for all, but worrying won't do you and your family any good. RELAX!

My wife passed her interview in June, and the three months after that until her oath ceremony were the longest three months of our lives. I know hindsight is 20/20, but the best advice I can give anyone at this stage is just to hang in there. You're almost to the finish line. Congrats on your accomplishment!
