NOA1 hard copy recieved but show blank page (I131)

I recieved NOA1 in hard copy for filing AOS : I485, I765, with reciept no. and info on the bottom....

But for I131 it came in empy blank page with no information, only my name and address shown.. is this normal ? what shall i do...

I recieved notice with reciept no. via email for all 3 cases...When i check status online for I131 case, it said "we received this I131 APPLICATION FOR USCIS TRAVEL DOCUMENT, and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice....."

Seem like normal process is ongoing but why my hard copy doesnt say anything...only empty paper.. Any advice on this ??? please..
