Will I encounter problems with these?

My fiancé sent me copies of his ITR. This particular ITR was electronically submitted and digitally signed. I have been reading about tax transcript coming from the IRS and it seems that what I have does not fall to this category.

Since his ITR was digitally signed, he didn't sign the copy that he sent to me.

I have 2012 and 2013 ITR and 2013 W2. I have a copy of his employment letter but with no pay stubs. I hope these are okay to substantiate the affidavit of support.

Thank you.

They only asked me a copy of my fiance's ITR... During my pre-interview, the Filipina asked for the latest ITR or W-2.. Then she checked right away how much my fiance earns.. Then I was giving her my fiance's pay stubs, bank statements, and certificate of employment, and she said right away, Keep them, I dont need them, and threw them to me. Hahaha! Maybe she was having PMS.

I believe, if your fiance's income is above the poverty guideline, you will be good.. Those people being asked with additional documents such as recent pay stubs, certificate of employment, and bank statements are salaries below poverty guideline..

Like in my previous comment, if you still have time, maybe you can ask your fiance to send you his pay stubs through email..

I electronic file also, but I printed out a copy of the 1040 tax return then signed and dated it (using the date I filed), have him do that and email a copy to you. Only need 2013 tax return
