I believe you use the name exactly as it's listed on your current Green Card.

Use the name that you want to you fill-out your AOS forms with. All forms should be consistent. If you want to use the married name in your Green card, then married name it is.

IMO,

Not everyone takes their SO's surname upon marriage which is why I suggested using the same name as on your Green Card.

I think that the post that mentions consistency should be your most important action.

Yes, definitely, if that's the name you intend to use.

If you are changing you name because you married, then your married name is your current legal name.
