OP,

Disregard my last; it probably doesn't matter anyway.

I'd start here:

http://newdelhi.usembassy.gov/nonimmigrant_visas/contact-information.html

Call Center contact Information

Please direct all your inquiries to:

E-mail: support-india@ustraveldocs.com

Telephone: (91-120) 4844644, (91-40) 4625-8222 and

1-703-520-2239 (for all calls from the United States)

Save yourself some coin and call the highlighted red phone number which is in the US.

Regards

What choice/location were you offered and what did you want?

so, for the first interview choice:

Schedule Consular Appointment

Applicants for U.S. visas are required to appear in person for a visa interview at the U.S. Embassy/Consulate. Please schedule an appointment for an interview.

Select interview location : MUMBAI

As you can see Mumbai and that's it, there is no other choice.

I went ahead and selected the data anyways, so for second appointment for OFC I get full list as seen below:

Schedule OFC Appointment

This page is for scheduling OFC appointments.

Select OFC Post of your Choice : CHENNAI OFC HYDERABAD OFC KOLKATA OFC MUMBAI OFC NEW DELHI OFC

This totally does not make sense or I am missing something here. My DS-160 application that I started has Chennai, so why it's giving me only Mumbai in the Consular Appointment.

Thanks for the link and contact information Torete.

Sorry, I thought you applied for immigrant visa. But it's non immigrant. Is the problem resolved?

Yes, Thanks. I didn't realize this but it's based on the whick language you pick for the interview. So, once you change the language (or don't change) the locations appear according to the choice of language you selected for your "non immigrant" visa. Thanks again for your help.
