May kulang ka ba na documents na hinihingi nila? Ganyan kasi usually ginagawa nila pag may kulang kang requirement during the interview.

Were you given a 221g asking for more documents? What did the guy in the last window say?

Actually this is not really my case it is from May friend's case...she said that the last window told her told her to get a police clearance into the country where she worked before and send the police clearance together with her passport but she did not received any paper from the last window only her passport

They normally give a 221g with instructions on what to submit and how to send it. Did she follow through and forwarded the police clearance to the embassy via 2Go? Did she call the embassy yet on how to proceed if she was not given any 221g or at least any verbal instructions in the last window?

Odd they gave her passport back to her.
