Hi to all.. I would like to seek assistance regarding F3 category.

Grandparents( petitioned my father in law, and his wife and children. I-130 approved in March 2000 and petitioner was still alive.

Got approved after 6 years by then my eldest brother in law was over 21 years old already. So he left in the country and the rest they moved in US.

My question here is now that parents wanted to file again the petition, are they gonna file again i-130? Or the approved petitioned by grandparents can be retained?

The priority date of the first petition was in year 2000. Do my in laws have to file again this time?

My Journey:

March 29, 2013 :PD Dec-20, 2013 USCIS approval date July 28. 2015 (F) (F) (F)Interview Date APPROVED.

Lady was saying correct as current (MAY) VB is upto 01 DEC. 2004. and u have to wait for next VB means June. Actually she didn't gave any clue but said to wait for next VB. hope June VB will be for u.It is also possible that most of applicants we know belongs to India and Pakistan which have busy embassies so possibility of no visa interview slots.

hi netkit, as we know that the wait time of F3 is 11 to 11.5 years and as we observed no case experience of extension despite of problems in paperwork or cspa so I think don't have to worry because at last everyone should have their visas in hand in the time it may be maximum or minimum

because if they extend it more then it should be like F4
