Hi guys, the choice of agent section is not open as yet for my brother in law and his family. He has a PD of April 2006 but I want to be proactive being that I will be doing the paperwork for them. My in-law father is the petitioner however he files taxes jointly with his wife. My brother in law will have more than one co-sponser for the I 864. I just want know what type of form should be printed for that purpose and also a sample form. Anyone can help me?

our interview is scheduled in april, al docs. gathered already but one question remain:

Does my 15 year old daughter need police certificate? She will turn 16 in october (6 months after interview)?

I now it's says "He or she is more than 16 years old" but i need some confirmation from people that already pass situation like mine. Thanks.
