wholly sh??. how many time did you have to say it. we are on different timezone. My dad file for my brother PD is 13thApril, 2004. I received COA (choice of Agent) in may 2014 AOS and IV fee paid

That's right, some friends confirmed of Feb IL received, so hope become true.

My friends our previous waiting month that we passed were short. But now days - weeks , month feeling lengthy.

Now it seems a realty that VB is going to move 2 months or 8 weeks for F3 category.
