OP should work on this that when one has been registered for tax returns then he/she must submit tax returns even after retirement. This tax returns with $0 income determines the eligibility for social security. I think this income tax return is a must document.

VJ member DeUsman (check his info on https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xbLl_8yDgHLeDaLnTrPdYc44J0sjPSFfYCKxlKx6uTY/edit#gid=0&vpid=A9) is under F3 and his CC was 25/sep/2015, he was scheduled for interview at 22/oct/2015 and his interview is set for 09/dec/2015. Anyone knows his PD?

Same is for VJ member Redemption - CC at 16/oct/2015, IL at 23/oct/2015 and Interview at 25/dec/2015....if we can find his PD, too, than it will be clearer what we can expect.
