NEED HELP to contact US embassy Manila

6 posts in this topic

Hello everyone! I received a call from my sister few minutes ago after they got out from St. Lukes Clinic for my Mom's vaccinations. The interview date they gave is on September 17,2014 a month from now. They live in Cebu and this time will be the third time they went back to St Lukes Clinic because she went to sputum tests.

My questions are... Can I call the US embassy Manila if I can get an early date than September 17, 2014?

What is the contact number of US embassy Manila? Best time to call? Should I call (petitioner) or my sister?

I was expecting it will be 3-4 days apart after her vaccinations but I was wrong :-(

Hope you will help me guys..need it ASAP since they are still in Manila right now before I let them buy tickets to fly back home.

God Bless...

You do realize there are no appointment openings for August (except for a random cancellation) ? September is the first month with open dates.

Make an account at https://cgifederal.secure.force.com . You will be able to see the earliest available slot in the calendar..I checked it awhile ago and it was August 26. You can also give the manila us embassy a call..

thank you so much ivyvid! I already checked the link probably I will call the US embassy later (morning time in the Philippines). You think if I will fill up online right now it will work easily?

thanks!!

When St. Luke's contact USEM to get an interview date the embassy looks at the calendar and gives them the first viable opening they see. Being you are talking an immigrant visa you can not easily change your interview date. Maybe if you call they will look at the calendar for a cancellation in August, no harm in calling.
