OMG!!! I'm so sorry about your civil documents, but if they where on the same package, how can they just be missing that? I don't get it!!! so what they told you to do?

I don't understand what's going on either! How can they not see the civil documents that was send in the "same package" as the AOS documents?

He said to send the civil documents again and send the corrected form I-864EZ along with it and then wait 60 days!

No end in sight....

Nothing at all that I seen, Not even checklist from anyone. It's like nvc is not even open today.

im soooo sad, i called NVC this morning to find out that my AOS pachage was reviewed and guess what. i not only forgot to include page #3, i put the right amount on my total gross income!!!!what does it go there????im using my 1040 form. and my other question is, when i send the review form back, will it take another 60 days? Thanks in advance.

I'm so sorry I'm not sure how to fill the AOS I have an attorney and she did that. But yes unfortunately it could take another 60 days. When was your AOS scan date?

They received it on aug 1st and was reviewed Yesterday Sept 24th

Hi everyone!

In answer to the OP we heard from the NVC on day 58 of the 60 advised...only to be told that a signature was omitted from the I-864 and a copy of a passport page was missing!

So, we have now returned the requested paperwork, and we have had an email letting us know the NVC has received it, but like others on this forum, we are very anxious to know whether we're going to have to wait another 60 days or so before we hear anything from the NVC - that's what they reiterated in the latest email but we really hope that we don't have to wait that long for them to verify the couple of bits that were incorrect...is anyone able to shed any light on this or give us an opinion?

I will post back on here when the NVC next contact us so you can see how long it took them to get back to us after submitting these latest docs...

It's a disheartening process for sure...don't hold your breath!

No that's not case completed , it indicated that you've completed the DS-260 form known as IV Application.

Do you guys think that "August 6th scan date" cases will be reviewed this week?

They had started August 6th as of Friday according to a post I seen here on VJ hopefully they keep on moving this week, last week was super slow on cc at nvc....

I just talked to NVC on the phone. My case got completed on September 25th. My scan date was August 6th.

They forwarded my case to Ankara Consulate. I hope they will schedule my interview soon.
