how would I know my Aos has been approved???

I submitted aos on 26 july but still don't know when is it going to be reviewed and how would I know about its approval. Secondly, I have submitted iv package too, do people get checklist for this too?...

i am struck with ds261 from last two month and today i received of checklist of 2013 tax return of my sponsor which we already submitted. Dont know what they wanted.

Why did they ask for it if you already submitted. I read somewhere they send checklist mistakenly too. And you will have to call and confirm with them.

1. You have to call NVC and ask for the status of your AOS. {If its not yet reviewed, the rep will quote the usual 60days wait time}

2. Yes people get checklist for IV package.
