Case Status- What do they mean?

I live in Dallas texas and it was sent to the lockbox here (so why would they have to transfer it??) OR did they open a new office to help the backlog?. I got the NOA 1 in may. This is what it says for the initial review, but what does this mean?. Does this mean they are going to get started on it?

On August 11, 2014, we transferred your I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), to your local USCIS Office for further processing. The new office has jurisdiction over your case and will send you a decision as soon as processing is complete or you will be notified if further information or action is needed. If you move, please use our Change of Address online tool to update your case with your new address.

It means your case is going to transfer. Wait until you have received a letter via mail to see where your petition will going to. Until now, only CSC and TSC are processing I-129F which probably means yours will going to CSC.

You'll get a notice in the mail notifying you where you were transferred to - most likely California. For us it was 5 weeks after the transfer that the petition was approved.
