Hi!

Good day.

I have a question, I am a permanent resident in the US. I've been here for more than a yr now, but haven't worked yet. I would have like for my mother to come here, my question is: can my husband petition for my mother? Cause I know I can't since I don't have work yet, and me and my husband decided for me to just stay at home for now since I just gave birth too.

I would greatly appreciate all response.

No. You can't have because you are not US citizen (has nothing to do with you working or not), he can't because it's your mother, not his. You may be able to petition her when you become a US citizen.
