Hi everyone, new guy lol

My question is in regards to part 1 question 14 have you ever filed for this or any other husband/wife before.

I'm not sure of the answer because my second wife was in the U.S and a green card holder when we met and got married. Because of our marriage she was able to get her citizenship a little earlier.

So would the answer be yes or no and if its yes where would I obtain the information to fill out the rest of 14a-h ? I'm not sure I can get it from her lol

Thank you for your help!!

If she already had been here and a green card holder before you got married, it means you did not file for her. What kind visa she was obtain to get the green card?

You didn't file the I-129F to get her a visa to come to the USA... so answer is NO.

Thanks Girl from Celebs

She was here working and I'm not sure of the green card type. It may have been sponsored from her job in the states. As they brought her from Canada.

Surely she did not get file I-129F from you. You will answer no for the question.
