Hi everyone I'm new here too. Please tell me how to access the Manila K1 guide as it says I'm not allowed to view.

Welcome to the forum! :) I'm guessing you are referring to Hank's site. Here you go: http://visaconnection-philippines.com/#

If you do a google search, you will also find a lot of other helpful blogs specific for Philippine K1 visa applicants. Just be careful and check how recently updated they are.
