30 Business days and now 60 days

What's up with NVC, i called to get status about my case, and now they change everything from 30 business Days to 60 days, i asked him 60 business days he said no 60 days include holidays and week-end, this is ridiculous.

Like what. They are bombarded with petitions and they just can't catch up. They need more people which means more money and that's not happening. All you can do is wait.

Write and let your voice be known. There's a great writing campaign going on here with good information. But its not going to make them move any faster.

If they can't hire more people, then they need to subcontract to other companies, this way will more jobs, and again those people hired will pay taxes and they the money will go back to the government........

it is just strange, that they put a due date for you to pay your taxes and when you ask something from the government they don't respect their due date.

I know, it's very frustrating. But unfortunately, we really can't do anything to speed up the process. All we could do is wait painfully.

I was told it was 60 BUSINESS days by the person I talked to. I am hoping it is 60 days and not business days!! This seems like a never ending process, and I am going crazy!

they confirmed to me 60 days two months from the date they receive packages, corrected checklist.... mine was received July 9th, and he said Sept-9 so 60 days not business days if its business days that about 12 weeks which is 3 months
