The term "Islamist" was created recently in the media to distinguish from various terrorist groups and regular people. However, the term itself originally just refers to all muslims. I think it is reasonably clear that the intent of the poster is hate speech against all muslims, as it has a "No Islam" sign, and compares one group to Nazis.

I think it's good you point this out, because I believe that this is a good example of how people should not be "tricked" by changing one word here or there in their hate speech.

If the person wanted to speak out against terrorism per se, or violence, there are plenty of other ways to do it besides this.

Now i agree it was anti-Muslim no doubt. What I don't get is how some is going to be arrested ?

It's the fear of violence though isn't it. Making people afraid to live in their own communities. It's harassment at the very least.
