Timeline

NBI clearance is not needed until AFTER the i130 approval. When you get the NOA2 (approval letter), that's the time your mom can get the green NBI Clearance (for travel abroad) as well as her other civil documents (NSO BC, NSO MC, photocopy of valid passport, visa photos..)

If she's married, her marriage certificate will be required.

The I-130 doesn't require your mom's marriage cert. It only asks for a copy of your birth cert. The marriage cert would be something she has to provide during NVC processing. The I-130 only asks for the marriage cert when petitioning a father to prove you were born in wedlock. For now if it's just your mother, the marriage cert is unnecessary in order to file the I-130.

I received my NOA1 , what happens next? do I need to submit docs now? or wait till NOA2? and when will NOA2 will be process? thanks. honestly I cant find any post from petitioning parents, all I read is wife, son, daughter.
