Affidavit letters proving bonafide marriage

So I was wondering...since I've been happily married for 3 years, and living with my husband for almost 4 now, we've obviously got a strong bond. I'm getting ready to put together my I-130 packet to send in (DCF) to Frankfurt within the next couple weeks, but I realized yesterday that the affidavit letters you need from friends/family are to be sent with the I-130 packet and not the supporting evidence packet you send after the NOA2. (My bad) In the instructions it gives a list of supporting evidence to prove a bonafide marriage and, while I know probably the more the better, it still says "or" towards the bottom as though these letters aren't necessarily required. However, I want this process to go as fast as possible, so I was wondering your all's opinions as to whether some letters from only my husband's family here in Germany would suffice or if I need to wait on letters to arrive from my US relatives. I don't really want to wait on those US letters, but if stronger evidence helps the process speed up then I will.

Don't bother with the affidavit letters at all, they carry little to zero weight to begin with and are not required. Since you have been living together for 4 years, you probably submitted plenty of evidence reflecting that. Time spent together in-person is always your strongest evidence, focus on that.

We've got a joint bank account and rent an apartment together. The car unfortunately belongs to my father-in-law, but it seems to me that should be enough to prove we're living together happily. If anything, then maybe only a letter or two from some German relatives would be fine, right?

I agree you don't need letters. I did DCF and I didn't included a single letter.
