Having seen Issued on CEAC I might have gotten overly excited and even though we haven't gotten back our passports with the visas yet but went ahead and booked our flights next 3 weeks. Is this ok?

Where to check, to know when the actual passports are ready

We chose the DHL delivery option, but their site to me isn't very user friendly

You will need to check your registration here, it will post your waybill number a week after it was issued. Then u can go to DHL website and see when ready for pick up. Most packets are ready for pickup on Friday.

I would not advise buying any tickets until the visas are in your hand - Follow the "soon come" motto - Some people get them in a few days, some it takes months
