quick help needed!!

hi guys, i am the alien fiance and trying to reach the uscis, calling from my house phone....i got a problem.

they are asking for me to enter the case number but i dont know how to dial "WAC" on the house phone keyboard....can anybody help me?

It should be 9 2 2

9= WXYZ

2= ABC

If they need you to enter the WAC, then 922 are the numbers for WAC on the phone pad.

these people at USCIS are clueless....that woman was def reading everything off her screen.....not even answering my questions...i asked when was our petition sent off to the nvc and she said "april 18th" and thats when we got approved...do they really send off them the say day?!

Yes, that is why you have to ask to be escalated to a tier 2 immigration officer. The customer service reps that answer the phone cannot see your case info, read off a script and give out misinformation all the time.
