36a i put Tijuana as the consulate where she will apply for the Visa will they figure this out or am i suppose to put Juarzez mexico any thoughts i already mailed it

Doubt it will be a problem. They know the Consulate is in Cuidad Juarez. Probably they will think you are 20 years behind, as there used to be a Consulate in Tijuana until it was closed in the early nineties.

Just a clarification, in case someone other than a K-1 is reading this post and freaks out -- there is still a very large, active consulate in Tijuana. It just doesn't process K-1s or any immigrant visas. It provides services for US citizens and has a large non-immigrant visa operation.

But, Sirliner is right -- they will send the petition to Ciudad Juarez as the default for Mexico.

I just found out I did the same I put Mexico City embassy and they don't process either. So I called Juarez consulate they told me not to worry USCIS will send it to Juarez regardless of what the I-129f says.

Yes. It has happened to others. The NVC will forward the case to Juarez no matter what consulate is listed on the I-129F petition because Juarez is the only one that processes K-1 visas.

Oh thank God lol. I put Toronto on mine without knowing at the time that I would have to be going to Montreal. And I have lost sleep over this thinking I messed up and they're going to send me an RFE!!!
