No income for 2013 need to file taxes?

Hello everyone!

I have a huge doubt, my husband had no income for 2013 (he was a full time student) so he didn't file taxes for 2013. We had no issues at nvc (we got case complete on June 27th) he wrote a letter stating why he didn't file and also included proof of his school enrollment etc.

My question is: will the consulate ask us to provide 2013 tax returns even though his income was zero?ive read this happend before and this person was put in AP. (It wasn't the consulate in Italy though)

Does someone have specific experience at the Naples consulate?

No he includes a letter with the AOS stating why he was not required to file (unemployed and full time student.)

Thank you, that's what we did for nvc, but after reading of a person being put in AP at the consulate For this reason I got a bit worried!
