Because the border can't be contained by a fence. The only way forward is 21st century technology combined with removing the pull to enter the US in the first place.

I don't understand. Obama is the president who deported most that any other before him. The GnOP uses that to promote their 'Obama is anti-immigration' campaign.

Now Obama is promoting illegal immigration because of a law signed in 2008.

These people really need to make up their minds... Which is it?

Your party controls Congress, what are they doing? Nothing. Why not? Why don't they impeach the no good, lying, law breaking, black Kenyan presnit? That's what the real issue is, right? So what are the Republicans going to do about this gross misuse of power? That's the real question that concerned citizens should be asking.

Neither party will do squat due to their own selfish interests and agendas. Some of us are intelligent enough to see that and vote according to the candidate, not some idiotic party line. My loyalty is to no party.

The entire southern hemisphere's answer to poverty and corruption is......bring it here to the United States. So how many hundred's of millions people can we import before we become a super 3rd world country. You can call these folks anything you want but in the end we cannot support the whole world. How's that corner grocery store with the 1000 employees near you doing? How about the Chinese cook there making the big bucks? This isn't for you or I to decide other than with our votes. What you're proposing would require the actual application of personal responsibility, which along with many moral values, is something the conservatives strongly advocate for others, seldom for themselves.

It is easier to blame the president for all the ailments on the planet than to go back to 'We the People' and vote for competent politicians that can actually represent their constituents. You're unhappy with the country? Blame it on someone else, except on yourself, who elected the morons who keep your hatred going.

If you agree to have all these folks from the south come why should this site even exist...Just open the boarders. After spending some time in China I believe we could have 100 million Chinese here in 6 months if we give them the same green light as our southern neighbors. I have no doubt about that number. I think it is racist by not allowing Asians here... the same way we are allowing Hispanics in.

I have no problem placing blame where it belongs, that's the easy part. But why hasn't the other side done anything about it? What is the Republican solution to the illegal immigrant issue? Where are they fighting to stop it? Where is E-Verify? No fence needed, no jobs, go home. Adults take responsibility for there actions, or at least the ones I associate with in the real world do. I realize that many do not, but these are big boy politicians making a nice salary at my expense while they do nothing. I have never voted a one party ticket in my life. The problem is, the mental midgets here do that all the time. I'll bet if Obama was white the country would be in better condition. I guess some here are hypocrites too.

Histrionics notwithstanding, how can you state that you're allowing hispanics in, when the thread is about illegal immigrants being held at a camp? Again, consistency is paramount if you're trying to make a point. Are you letting them in or are you holding them in a camp, where ordinary citizens are not allowed?
