Hello All,

My wife is US citizen. She sponsored me for green card. My marriage had been going well.

We file joint petition to remove the condition on My conditional green card last november 2013. The green card expired on February 2014.

My wife and I had argument after we filed joint petition and we are divorced now as of May 2014.

I have not made any changes in my ROC application.

Kindly please advice how should I proceed now, as my wife and I are divorced and ROC is pending.

Regards,

Karma

I don't understand this part of story.

Marriage was going well until i751 and then there is a sudden divorce in the middle of i751.

It means that the marriage was definitely not going well, beneficiary wanted to remain silent until the completion of ROC.

Anyways, you need to inform USCIS about it.

Better consult an attorney and file for new I751 on waiver because if they call you for interview then it's gonna be a problem.
