Jurisdiction over case?

So, it's almost 5 months since I've applied for my husband (whose in Pakistan) and I just checked my case status and it says:

On July 8, 2014, we transferred this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN to another office for processing because they now have jurisdiction over the case. We sent you a notice of this transfer. Please follow any instructions on this notice. You will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you.

Soooo, what's does this mean? And has anyone else had this message recently and what was your outcome? Did it delay your case?

My case was originally sent to Nebraska.

^{Nebraska has been backlogged for some time now so it only make sense for them to transfer some of the files to the other centers to help speed up the process. whether or not your case gets delayed will depend on where it was sent. Good luck. My file is also at Nebraska and its past the 5 month mark.}

My case was originally sent to Nebraska.

Means exactly what it says you been transferred to another service center hopefully one that is moving along. I don't think they are even doing anything at the Nebraska Service center.

Now you wait some more.
