Hi everybody, me and my fiance are filling G-326a and I have some questions regarding how to do it.

First, I'm working now, but so far is an unauthorised "trial period". It will become an internship later, but right now I'm working like this. Should I put it as my current employment? WIll they find out if my work is authorised or not, and if they will, could it be a reason to deny me a visa? Because they will be worried I'll try to work illegally or something.

I want to do everything right, so I don't want to lie, but on the other hand, there is no record of my employment here, so won't they read that as a lie? I'm really confused and a bit worried about this situation.

Second, I was staying with him on tourist visa for almost six months, should I put his addres in the residence in the last five years zone? I was staying there for a quite long time, but it was only vacation, and I've heard I shouldn't put places where I was on vacation.

Again, I want to fill everything according to the truth, but I've found some mixed answers on the Internet, so I would be extremely grateful if you could help me.

They want to see "what you have been doing so far". Trial period or not, you currently are working there, so list it. They do not differentiate between types of work, just "work: yes or no".

Regarding the stay in the US... no, vactation time (however long..) is not considered having taken residency, so don't mention it there.

Thank you very much for the answer, I have one more question: will it be a problem if i won't be able to fit all the information from the last 5 years in there? It looks like I was working for companies with really long names/addresses, there is no way I'll be able to fit it all there...

If something cannot be fit in the space available, put everything for that question on a new, separate sheet of paper, MARK THE SHEET CLEARLY, for example "FORM G-325A, PAGE 1, QUESTION 7a" and write all the information there. Then, on the form itself, write "SEE SUPPLEMENTAL SHEET" in the space. This tells them "oh, they didnt forget, its on a separate sheet!" ... :)

All you need is business name, city and country. No need to list the entire address. You can also abbreviate and even hand-write things to make them fit.
