HI there! Yes, that's the correct address if you're using USPS. There's another address though if you're going to use a different courier service. http://www.uscis.gov/i-485-addresses

I'm sure A&B meant to say "include a copy of the Marriage certificate (NOT the marriage license)". That's the only requirement for proof of bonafide marriage needed for AOS applicants adjusting from K1.

Yes, that should be fine. But I placed my check payment in between the cover letter and I-485, not that it's a big deal, but I figured that I also listed the check payment as part of the content summary in my cover page. It's really up to you.
